Lincoln Consolidated School District Report Card School Year 2025-2026
According to substancial amount of written evidence, Lincoln Consolidated School District refuses to share parents who do not work at the school district with their kids' report cards or other educational records. In return Equal Access LCSD would like to provide a report on card on Lincoln Consolidated School District
Transparency: F // School does not provide Report Cards or other requested educational records equally to all parents despite multiple written requests
Fairness: F // School only provides full information to the parents who work at the district.
Retaliation: A // School District responds to grievances and discrimination complaints with threats instead of collaborative efforts to address the issues.
Communication: F // School does not respond to emails and refers to point all questions to Administration who does not respond to emails, phone calls, voicemails or any other imaginable means of communication.
Safety: F // The district has failed to provide a transparent response or acknowledgement of protocol regarding reported student welfare concerns. Documented evidence submitted to the administration has not resulted in an investigation process that adheres to standard safety accountability measures. Additionally concerns regarding the hiring and retention of personnel with documented histories of criminal offenses—including driving under the influence (DUI) and harassment—have been raised with the district. The administration has failed to provide adequate justification for how these records align with the district's stated ethical and safety standards for educators.
Equal Access LCSD invites LCSD Administration to provide us with the data that proves these grades are wrong. Equal Access LCSD will happily update this report card the moment district provides a transparent and audited evidence.
District Administration
School Board: Despite formal requests for meetings and inquiries regarding district policy, the School Board has not provided opportunities for public dialogue or personal correspondence.
The district has demonstrated a consistent pattern of non-compliance with its obligations under FERPA, the Arkansas Department of Education Ethical Standards for Educators, and federal civil rights protections. Requests for information or the submission of formal grievances are frequently met with administrative avoidance and, in some instances, implicit threats of legal action against parents, rather than the collaborative resolution required by these regulations.
